What are your commitments to sustainability?
Sustainability matters a lot at before 7am and we believe that buying less but better is the best fashion habit. We focus on products that allow you to revive your existing wardrobe without having to buy new looks all the time.
To produce a responsibly made product, we choose each material with intention and care. When sourcing for our designs, we prioritize natural, recycled, and organic fibers.
Certified organic cotton
We choose to use certified organic cotton fabric, which is grown without the use of pesticides or synthetic fertilizers and requires less irrigation as it relies mainly on rainwater. We source only organic cotton which is certified by highly recognized organisations.
Sustainability is an never ending quest and getting there is a journey, so bear with us while we keep on diminishing negative impact on people and planet.
Orders & Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal, IDEAL and Sofortüberweisung. Sorry, we currently do no support payment via invoice.
What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.didn’t receive my order confirmation, what to do now?
Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email email@example.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order such as shipping address and items ordered, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of making your purchase. The subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' for the request to be processed.
Return & Exchange
What’s your return policy?
We have a 14-day (after delivery dat, no-questions-asked, return policy. Naturally, we expect you to return your collar in the same condition you received them – unworn and unharmed. That way we can make sure that someone else gets to enjoy the item you’ve returned.
How do I return an order?
Orders from Germany, Belgium, Austria and Netherlands qualify for free return labels. Send an email at email@example.com for further instructions on how to get a free return label.
On orders from from other countries we ask you to send us the return by your own method. We highly recommend to use a trackable service from your local post service as we can only take responsibility for items once they are delivered and a lost parcel without tracking is not something we can take responsibility for.
Notify us of the return within 15 days of delivery.
Please send your return items with the return form which was included in your parcel together with the invoice. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in case you have lost your return form and need a new one.

When will I receive my refund?
If your item arrives in unused condition, we start the reimbursement process immediately upon receiving your return parcel. Please allow 2-3 business days for return transfers to appear on your account.
How do I exchange for a different style?
Return your unused item to us within 14 days of purchase and order the style you want instead.
Where do you deliver?
We ship globally and offer free shipping in Germany. In all other regions we ask for a small contribution for shipment.
When can I expect my order?
We ship orders within 48 hours of order confirmation (in a hurry? Please send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll help you to get the item with you sooner).
I’m located outside of the EU, what’s the deal with customs?
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by the local governing authorities. These further costs shall be borne by the customer.
Items will be shipped from Berlin, Germany with official documentation declaring the exact total of all merchandise purchased in EU euros, as well as the country of origin for each item.
What is the status of my order?
In the confirmation email you’ll receive we communicate your tracking code. With this you can track the status of delivery.
